Trademark Registration
Trademark registration is crucial for protecting a brand’s identity, including its name, logo, tagline, or any unique symbol associated with a product or service.
A registered trademark gives the owner exclusive rights to use the mark and provides legal protection against unauthorized use by others. It helps in establishing brand recognition and loyalty among consumers, making it a valuable asset for any business. Trademark registration also allows the owner to take legal action against infringement.
